These are the rules for using Business Revival — what you get, what you pay, how commission works, and what will get your account closed. Written in plain English, because terms you cannot understand are not really terms at all.

Read this part if you read nothing else. We teach trading. We do not trade for you, we do not manage your money, and nothing here is financial advice. Trading can lose you money. Buying a membership earns you nothing by itself — commission only comes when someone actually buys through your link, and most members never earn a large amount. Anyone who promises you guaranteed profit is lying to you, and if they are doing it in our name, tell us and we will remove them.

Who we are and what this is

Business Revival is an online education platform, set up in Pakistan on 2 January 2022. We sell memberships that give you access to recorded video courses on trading and digital marketing, plus mentorship and a members' community.

We also run a referral programme: if someone buys a membership through your personal link, you earn a share of what they paid. Both parts are covered by these terms.

By creating an account or buying a membership, you are agreeing to everything on this page. If you do not agree with something here, please do not buy.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Memberships involve payment and earnings, so this is not open to children.
Give us real details. Your name, email, phone and address must be genuine. We pay commission against these records, and a false name can mean we cannot pay you.
One account per person. Extra accounts made to farm commission from yourself will be closed and the balance forfeited.
Your login is yours alone. Do not share it, sell it, or let someone else use it. Everything done under your login is treated as done by you.
If you think someone has got into your account, change your password and tell us straight away.

Paying

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay.
Payment is handled by our payment provider. Your access opens once the payment is confirmed — usually within minutes, occasionally longer if the network is slow.
If a payment is started but never completed, no access is given and nothing is owed.
Any bank charge, card fee, or crypto network fee is yours, not ours.
We can change prices whenever we like, but never retroactively. What you paid is what you paid.

Refunds

Because a membership gives immediate, permanent access to material you can watch and keep, memberships are non-refundable once your access has opened.

We will refund you if:

You were charged twice for the same thing.
You paid but access was never granted and we cannot fix it.
Something was clearly misdescribed on the sales page.

If you think one of those applies, email us within 14 days of paying and we will look at it properly rather than hiding behind this paragraph. Changing your mind, running out of time, or not earning what you hoped are not refund reasons.

What we are not

This is the most important section on the page, so please actually read it.

We are not financial advisers. Nothing in our courses, videos, chats, mentorship or messages is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. It is education. What you do with it is your decision alone.
We do not trade for you and we will never ask you to send us money to invest. If anyone claiming to be from Business Revival asks you to hand over funds to trade on your behalf, it is a scam — report it to us.
Trading loses people money. Forex, crypto and stocks are volatile and you can lose some or all of what you put in. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
Past results predict nothing. Any result, screenshot or figure shown by us or by a member is one person's outcome, not a forecast of yours.

Earning commission

Every member gets a personal referral link. When someone buys a membership through it, you earn:

Direct (level one) — 60% of what they paid, on anyone who joins through your own link.
Second level — a further 10% when someone they introduced buys. That is 70% of a sale in total.

How it works in practice:

Commission is credited once the buyer's payment is confirmed. It is calculated on the price actually paid, not the pre-discount price.
Whoever the buyer joined through keeps them permanently. Referrals are not reassigned.
If someone signs up without a valid referral link, they are placed under our default account. That is not something we will move afterwards.
Commission is reversed if the underlying payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or turns out to be fraudulent.
There are only two levels. There is no deeper structure, no matrix, and no payment for simply recruiting people who buy nothing.

No promise of income

We want to be blunt here, because this industry is full of people who are not.

Buying a membership earns you nothing on its own. Commission only exists when a real person buys something through your link. Most members earn little or nothing. A small number earn well, and they do it through sustained effort over a long period.

Nothing we publish — leaderboards, testimonials, screenshots, calculators, example figures — is a promise, projection or guarantee of what you will make. Your results depend on your work, your audience and your market, and none of those are things we control.

You must not tell anyone otherwise when promoting us. See the rules below.

Withdrawing your earnings

You supply the wallet address. Check it carefully — crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else, and we cannot refund it.
Requests are reviewed by a person before payment. That normally takes a short time, longer if something looks irregular.
We may hold or refuse a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud, fake referrals, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms.
Network fees charged by the blockchain are separate from our processing fee.

Rules — and what breaks them

These will get your account suspended or closed, and any unpaid balance forfeited:

Promising income. Do not tell people they are guaranteed to earn, or invent figures. Share what actually happened to you, honestly.
Pretending to be us. Do not claim to be staff, do not create accounts, pages or groups that look official, and do not collect money in our name.
Spam. No bulk unsolicited messaging, no comment spam, no misleading advertising, no buying fake traffic.
Sharing or reselling the course. The videos, notes and materials are ours. Do not download, re-upload, resell, screen-record, share your login, or pass the material on. This is the fastest way to lose your account.
Fake referrals. Signing up as yourself under a second identity, or using stolen payment details, means closure and forfeiture.
Abuse. Harassment, threats or hate directed at members, mentors or staff.
Attacking the platform. Hacking, scraping, automated access, or attempting to break site security.

If we suspend an account we will tell you why and give you a chance to explain, unless there is a legal reason we cannot.

Who owns what

Everything we produce — the videos, written material, the site design, the name and the logo — belongs to Business Revival. Buying a membership buys you access for your own personal learning. It does not transfer ownership and it does not give you the right to teach from our material or republish it.

Anything you send us — a testimonial, a review, a screenshot, a message in the community — you are giving us permission to publish alongside your name and photo. Tell us and we will take it down.

Closing an account

You can leave whenever you like. Ask us and we will close your account. Your access ends and we do not refund what you paid.
We can close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are legally obliged to.
Whatever happens, commission already properly earned and confirmed will be paid, unless it was earned by breaking these rules.

Where we stand on liability

We will always try to put things right, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about a clause. But to be clear:

We are not liable for money you lose trading, or for decisions you make after taking our courses.
We are not liable for what a third party does — a payment provider, a blockchain network, YouTube, or your internet connection.
We are not liable for another member's behaviour, or for anything they promise you that is not written here.
Where we are liable, it is limited to what you actually paid us.
Nothing here removes a right you have under law that cannot be signed away.

Interruptions and changes

We may need to take the site down for maintenance, and occasionally something will break unexpectedly. We will keep it short. We may also change these terms — if we do, we will update this page and the date at the top, and email you if the change is significant. Continuing to use your account after that means you accept the new version.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan will handle any dispute. If a court decides one part of these terms does not stand, the rest of it still applies.

Before anyone reaches a court, though, please just email us. Almost everything gets sorted out that way.
