Privacy Policy

This is the plain-English version of what we do with your information. No lawyer-speak, no hidden clauses. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it properly.

Last updated: 12 August 2026  ·  Applies to: bussinessrevival.com and everything you do while signed in.

The short version. We collect what we need to run your account, teach you, and pay you what you have earned — your name and contact details, how far you have got through the course, and your payment records. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever. Your name and city may appear on our public leaderboard if you are among the top earners, and you can ask us to take it down. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

Who we are

Business Revival is an online education and affiliate platform. We were set up in Pakistan on 2 January 2022 and we teach trading and digital marketing to members in Pakistan and around 30 other countries.

When this policy says “we” it means Business Revival. When it says “you” it means anyone with an account, and anyone browsing the public site.

What we collect

Things you type in yourself

WhatWhy we need it
First and last nameTo address you properly, and to show your name to the person who introduced you
Email addressSigning in, password resets, receipts, and account notices
WhatsApp or phone numberReaching you about your account and support
Street address, city, province, countryRequired at signup, and used for payment records and tax purposes
Username and passwordSigning in. Your password is stored scrambled — nobody here can read it, not even an administrator
Profile photo, if you upload oneShown on your dashboard and, if you reach the leaderboard, publicly

Things the site records while you use it

WhatWhy we need it
Your IP address and which browser and device you useSecurity. It lets us spot someone trying to break into your account
When you sign in, and when you were last activeKeeping your session alive, and showing support who is having trouble
Which lessons you have opened and finishedSo your progress bar is right and you can pick up where you left off
Your referral code, and who introduced youThis is how commission is worked out and paid
Copies of the emails we send youSo we can prove what was sent if there is ever a dispute

Payment information

When you buy a membership or withdraw earnings we record the amount, the date, a reference number, and the response our payment provider gave us. If you withdraw in cryptocurrency we also store the wallet address you asked us to send it to.

We never see or store your card number, your bank login, or your wallet's private keys. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. We only receive a yes or no, and a reference.

What other people can see

This part matters, so we are spelling it out rather than burying it.

  • The public leaderboard. Our homepage shows a leaderboard of top-performing members. It displays a first and last name, a city and country, and a profile photo, and anyone on the internet can see it. It does not show your email, phone number, address, or the amount you earned. We choose who appears. If you would rather not be on it, email us and we will take you off — no reason needed.
  • The person who introduced you. Whoever referred you can see that you joined, roughly when, and that a commission was generated. They cannot see your email, phone, address, or your earnings.
  • Testimonials. If you send us a review or testimonial and we publish it, your name and photo may appear alongside it. We ask first, and you can withdraw it later.
  • Nobody else. Other members cannot browse or search for your details.

Cookies

We use very few, and none of them follow you around the internet:

  • A session cookie so the site remembers you are signed in. Without it you would be logged out on every page.
  • A security cookie that proves a form was really submitted by you, and not by another website pretending to be you.
  • Google's cookies, set when a YouTube lesson plays, and when reCAPTCHA checks you are human.

We do not run advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

How we protect it

  • The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • Passwords are stored using one-way encryption. If someone stole our database they still could not read them.
  • Sensitive actions — changing your password, withdrawing money — need a one-time code sent to your email.
  • Repeated wrong passwords and wrong codes are slowed down and then blocked, so nobody can sit there guessing.
  • Only a small number of trusted administrators can reach member records, and what they do is logged.

We should be honest: no website can promise perfect security, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What we can promise is that we take it seriously, and that if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you rather than quietly hope you did not notice.

How long we keep it

  • While your account is open — we keep your profile, progress and payment history.
  • If you close your account — we delete your profile and progress.
  • Payment and commission records stay longer. We are legally required to keep financial records, and other members' commission depends on them. These are kept for at least seven years.
  • Security logs, such as sign-in records, are kept for around a year and then removed.

Your choices

These are yours whenever you want them. Just email us.

  • See what we hold. Ask, and we will send you a copy.
  • Fix it. Most details you can change yourself in your profile. For anything else, tell us.
  • Delete it. We will remove your account and personal details, keeping only the financial records we are legally obliged to hold.
  • Come off the leaderboard. Say the word and you are off it.
  • Stop the emails. You can opt out of announcements and marketing. We will still send essential account messages — a password reset, a withdrawal confirmation — because those are not optional.
  • Complain. If we have handled your data badly, tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are in a country with a data protection regulator, you also have the right to go to them.

We will answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm who you are first — that protects you, not us.

Under 18s

Business Revival is not for children. You must be at least 18 to hold an account, because memberships involve payment and earnings. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it and delete the data.

Where your information lives

Our servers and our records are held in Pakistan. If you are signing up from outside Pakistan — and many of our members are — your information will be sent to and stored in Pakistan, which may have different data protection laws from your own country. By creating an account, you are agreeing to that.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If it is a significant change, we will email you rather than expect you to notice on your own.
